After a drop, liquid spill or previous repair
Let us know about impact damage, liquid exposure and previous repair attempts, even if the phone worked afterwards. If it has been wet, stop using it and do not repeatedly try charging it. Bring the device to the store for assessment and tell us if important data has not been backed up.
If recovering your photos is the priority
Data recovery is a separate contact-quote service with a listed 1–3 day timeframe. Tell us your priority before authorising work. Recovery cannot be guaranteed, and we do not ask for your passwords in website enquiry notes.
