How do I find my iPhone model?
If your phone works, open Settings → General → About and check Model Name, such as iPhone 16 Pro Max. Search that name above to see its repair prices. If it will not turn on, contact us and we can help identify it.
Do you keep iPhone repair parts in stock?
We normally keep common iPhone screens, batteries, charging ports, back glass, housings and camera parts in stock. OEM screen availability varies by model and part grade. Contact us before travelling if you need a particular part or a same-day repair.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at our Springwood store, open seven days. You can also send a booking or quote request online. A preferred date and time are optional; our team confirms the appointment and parts availability with you.
