Your information

Privacy policy

How we handle the details you provide when asking about a repair or planning a visit.

We collect only what helps us manage your repair

We do not sell personal information. Booking and enquiry details are used to identify the device, prepare for your visit and communicate about the requested service.

Information collected

What you may provide

This may include your name, phone number, email address, device model, requested repair, expected arrival date and time, and any notes you choose to provide. In store, repair records may also include device identifiers, inspection notes, photographs of device condition, payment and receipt details, and warranty history.

Please do not place passwords, device passcodes or unnecessary sensitive information in an online form. If a passcode is needed to test a repair, provide it directly to staff and ask how it will be handled.

Email enquiries through this website

When you submit an enquiry, your details are securely sent to our website server and emailed to our store. A private delivery record is kept for up to 90 days to help us follow up and resolve delivery problems. A successful submission is an enquiry, not a confirmed repair appointment.

We use a temporary, essential session cookie to protect the form, and short-lived security records to limit spam. These are not advertising cookies. Please call us if you need an urgent response.

Purpose

How we use the information

  • Respond to an enquiry and confirm the correct repair or part.
  • Prepare for an expected visit and contact you if plans or availability change.
  • Carry out, test and document an authorised repair.
  • Provide receipts, service updates and warranty support.
  • Meet record-keeping, legal and safety obligations.

Handling and disclosure

Storage, service providers and retention

Information may be stored in business email, booking, repair, payment or accounting systems used by Digital Force. We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to trusted service providers that help operate those systems, or where disclosure is authorised or required by law.

Our website is hosted by Bluehost and enquiry notifications are delivered to our Google Gmail account. These providers may process or store information outside Australia. Email correspondence and repair records may be retained longer than the website delivery record where needed to provide the service or meet record-keeping obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the repair, warranty, accounting and legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
